Meow, happy early birthday and super congrats. I have fingers crossed to bleeding point that you get in (as long as they don't ask anything about your religion and Jesus or what not). You know what you should join us for your B-day except of course we will be in Texas and if you are like me (and in this case you are) being in Texas is most likely the last place you would like to be on your B-day. Best case scenario would be me coming to see you on your B-day but my parents still haven't bought me that pony so it looks like riding back home isn't really an option.

Anyway early birthday wishes and my early birthday present is LOGAN. Okay well not exactly the best present but seriously good episode tonight, though next week isn't likely to be as fun.

I haven't watched any VM for the past two weeks, because certain members of my family seem to be obsessed with watching every episode of Scrubs ever released. Ah, well. I plan to steal the TiVo back tomorrow when they're all at school.

Texas is definitely the first place I would want to be for my birthday, as long as you're there too. Otherwise you're right, it's pretty low on that list. I doubt that Mom would allow me to go to Texas for my birthday, though, which is a pity because I don't know who to invite over to bake a cake. She did say that it would not be impossible for me to join you guys again, so *fingers crossed*...(Thanks, by the way! The schools are non-sectarian, and during the interviews they seemed quite interested [in a good way] about it.)

Two more things:

POST ABOUT DISNEY WORLD!

Is this chair brown or gray? My mom says it's gray, but I always thought of it as brown and sitting in it now it is clearly brown. So I would be interested to hear what you think about it.

About VM, grr is all I can say. You have only missed one episode and in an hour you will have missed another. Unless you quickly go here http://video.cwtv.com/#
click on VM on the right, watch Show Me the Monkey then sprint for available not Scrub rerun occupied TV and flip to CW. Really I'm serious do it now. I want your opinion on the ep's.

Note that there is a gray cat on the gray chair.........good color comparison, if you ask myopic me......but what do I know-I'm over 40.

Congratulations on finally completing the application process.

I trust you found just the right balance between "snobby" and "obsequious" in that final essay, and toned down the "slacker-ish" element. I'm sure the final version is a masterpiece of erudite eloquence; but I suspect the first draft is far more entertaining!

Sixteen days... and then, what, you won't be saying (or typing) Yay! anymore? :-(
